The Animal Control Division of the Humane Society & SPCA of Hancock County is responsible for enforcing the animal welfare laws within Hancock County, Ohio. Our officers work with local police and citizens to respond to animal abuse claims, animal surrenders, licenses, and lost and found reports. They also spend time within the community educating the public on responsible pet ownership.
Our officers are on call 24 hours/day and can be reached during normal business hours at: (419) 423-1664 ext. 123.
Note: After hours/emergency calls should be initially placed to either the Findlay Police Department at: (419) 424-7150 or the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office at: (419) 422-2424.
