Planned Giving

Our Foundation

Our ability to provide caring and compassionate care for our local animals is directly dependent upon continued support from donors like you.  So as to promote the long-term sustainability of our shelter, the Humane Society Foundation of Hancock County was formed in 1984.  Our Foundation allows us to accommodate planned giving arrangements and operates as its own separate 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Gifts made to the Foundation remain local and will be used in support our Humane Society’s mission to protect unwanted, lost, and abused animals within the Findlay/Hancock County region.
